Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
– Underwear (briefs, thongs, panties, etc.) – unless sealed in original packaging
– Swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed)
– Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
– Personalized/custom-made items

Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, wrong, or missing item.
– We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
– For international returns, customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
– We will provide a free return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
